Hello! I’m Ben Cowgill, a native and resident of Lexington, Kentucky.

I’m a mature, patient, trusted professional who speaks your language and won't make you feel foolish in matters of tech.

I possess significant training and experience in helping people get the most from their Apple devices. I enjoy helping my fellow senior citizens through friendly, one-on-one tech support.

I bring a lot to the table, especially in terms of communication skills, technical knowledge and commitment to client service. I’m a retired lawyer who practiced law in Lexington for more than 30 years. Throughout those years, I was widely known for assisting fellow lawyers with implementing new computer technology in their law practices.

And so, for the past decade I’ve pursued a “second act” career in tech — creating everything from databases and websites to virtual online meeting worlds.

I’ve received extensive training in the entire ecosystem of Apple hardware and software. And every day, I personally use a Mac desktop, a Macbook Pro, an iPad Pro, an iPhone, an Apple Watch, a Homepod and Apple TV.
